Educators Grant Applications

Thank you for your interest in the Educator Grant Application. The 2018 Educator Grant Application period is now closed. 

The Scholarships and Educational Grants will be awarded at our Gift Disbursement Ceremony on Tuesday, May 8th at 7pm at St. David's Episcopal Church, Jeffords Hall, 1015 Old Roswell Rd., Roswell, GA 30076.

This grant specifically refers to Educators/Institutions dealing with matriculation of students.

2018 Education Grant Recipients:

  • Abbotts Hill Elementary School –  Linda Dickinson
    To purchase books to start a reading club for struggling 2nd-3rd grade readers with goal of fostering a love of reading and improve reading skills.
  • Alpharetta High School –  Amey Rishel
    To fund the start up of a school based student run busines for intellectually disabled students receiving Transition Services to teach real life skills.
  • Hembree Springs Elementary School –  Leslie Peterson, Lisa Tejada
    To purchase ipad stands for Kindergarten classes which will be used with a software program to record & develop reading skills
  • Holcomb Bridge Middle School –  Leslie King
    To fund the purchase of a recumbent bike and treadmill to serve handicapped students in 6th through 8th grade.
  • Manning Oaks Elementary School –  Jennifer Rosenthall
    To fund educational materials to support newly created STEM lab for all grade levels.
  • Mountain Park Elementary School –  Tracey Burton
    To purchase "Frog Games", a series of math board games for 3rd graders to support math instruction.
  • Roswell North Elementary School –  Liz Rains
    To fund a project serving the entire student body to create and care for worms, create a compost, then create a garden box to grow vegatables.
